Feature

Special Acid Lining Raw Material(High temperature agent) for acidic refractory used in induction furnace is our patent product. 

It joins the lining material, and then is used when induction furnace smelt various cast steel furnace.

 Because it can form a "rivet structure" of the solid melts with refractory lining in high temperature,it has advantages, such as the high temperature strength, erosion resistance, 

as well as penetration ability, which can significantly improve the life of furnace lining.

Usage

Acidic refractory used in induction furnace.

Adding quartz sand mixture in about 3.5% of the agent, can be used for dry, wet knot after mixing. 

Storage

Inside plastic with the weave outside packing 25Kgs,40kgs/ bag in a cool, dry environment can be stored for 180 days. 

Please store in a dry place to prevent moisture absorption.
